They were both so polite and John actually cared about customer service. I think they were trying to save me time but I wasn't in a hurry. They did my acrylic nails while I got my pedicure. It wasn't relaxing and I had to stretch across alot for my right hand. Only thing I dint like about my nails is the thickness underneath wasn't smoothed out neatly
